DEUTZ made good progress with the global expansion of its service and parts business in 2023. In July, we acquired our long-standing service partner M. Hochschild S.A. based in Chile. This was followed in October by the Diesel Motor Nordic Group (DMN) in Sweden, another partner of many years. As well as strengthening our regional service networks in South America and northern Europe, these acquisitions will expand the business involving the servicing of competitors’ engines. The two acquisitions should together contribute a total of around €25 million to annual consolidated revenue.
